We have more customer everyday
so we would like to inform our service agreement.
- All merchandises that are shipped to our warehouse should be in good condition and ready to repack and or reshipped to Thailand. There will be a storage fee per package (depend on size or weight) for all merchandises store in our warehouse more than 30 days.
- We are not accepting any illegal merchandise. Moreover, our company has the right to inspect, open the package and repack without notifying to our customer. Customers will be informed for additional packaging expenses.
- Our company will notify customer immediately if merchandises are damaged. It is our customer responsibility to notify the supplier and get a “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)” number and/or credit refunded by the sellers. A minimum of $1.50 (50.00 baht) service fee per box will be charged to our customer plus any returned shipping expense per package.
- Any damaged occur during our company responsibility (store in our warehouse) will be refunded or replaced to our customer a minimum of $15.00 (500.00 baht) and up to $95.00 (3,000.00 baht) per item.
- Any damaged merchandise occur during shipment from Glendale to Thailand must be notified by customers within 12 hours. There will be a minimum of $15.00 (500.00 baht) and a maximum credit or refund of $95.00 (3,000.00 baht) per item.
- Customers have an option either order merchandise directly from the suppliers or instruct our company to order them on behalf of customers. A 100% prepaid for merchandise cost into our account is required before merchandise will be ordered.
- It is our customer responsibility to provide us the correct “ship to mailing address”. Ship to the “Post Office Box number” is not acceptable.
- In case there is nobody sign and receive the package in Thailand, we will notify customer to pick up the merchandise at our warehouse within 30 days from the date that merchandise arrive at our warehouse in Thailand. Otherwise, all undelivered merchandises will be destroyed.
- All merchandises will be forwarding to the final destination in Thailand according to our shipment schedules. We are not responsible for the delay due to uncontrollable factors such as: a required inspection by Thailand custom and duty department. Any penalty or custom duty fees will be paid by our customers.
- Our customers have choice to have their merchandise shipped to Thailand either by air or by ocean. However, it is our company decision to choose the specific carrier. Any delay or damage caused by natural incident such as hurricane, earthquake, war etc., strike or protest will not be our company responsibility.
