1. How can I calculate the shipping rate?
  1. 1. Your shipment has reached Shop and Ship US facility. The shipment has been checked & photo recorded. The info is available on the website and send email to you. Then you create "Ship ID" and provide shipping instructions.

2. Can I order products from many websites and ship them to Shop and Ship US?
Yes, we provide repacking services. You can order products from any number of websites. Just fill out the shipping address with the Shop and Ship address (1940 Gardena Ave, Glendale, CA 91204). When your products arrive at our warehouse, we will repack all products into one box. You will save on shipping cost to Thailand.
3. How can I check the products that I ordered online?
You can check your products 24/7 from pictures and video clips that we post online.
4. What are my payment options, once I decide to use Shop and Ship US service?

    You can pay using any of these three methods:

  1. Credit Card (US Dollar): Your credit card will automatically be charged.
  2. Transfer Money to USA Bank Account (US Dollar): After you make a payment and inform us about your payment, we will approve it. Then, we will pack and ship your products to Thailand.
  3. Money Order or Cashier's Check (US Dollar).
5. How do I know when my products have arrived in Thailand?
You can check the flight status or product status via our website. We will contact you once the products arrive in Thailand, and inform you of the domestic shipping rate (which depends on the method of payment and the domestic shipping method).
6. How do I know which boxes are mine when they arrive at the Shop and Ship US warehouse?
When products are sent to the Shop and Ship US warehouse, we open the boxes and keep track of your products by inputting the Tracking Number you received when you registered into our system. Also, we ensure that your products match with your order. If there aren't any problems, we will post the shipping rate on the website and email it to you. You can log in to check your products.
7. How do I get my products when they arrive in Thailand? You can choose between these two methods:
    1. Delivery by us (limited to the Bangkok Metropolitan Region)
    2. Transportation companies in Thailand. Bangkok and Vinicity: 1-2 days, Other Provinces: 2-3 days.

8. What can I do if the products I receive are defective, lost, or do not match the photos and videos that Shop and Ship US posted online?
If you find that your products are defective or lost, you must report it to us within 12 hours. Shop and Ship US will compensate a minimum of $15.00 (500.00 baht) and up to $95.00 (3,000.00 baht), or replace the product with a similar type of product.
